![]() I have hosted retreats for ten years, and this site has worked better than any other I've used, and it was highly affordable, as the price was calculated by the number using the site. The owner greeted us upon arrival, let us know about extra supplies, and was available by phone or email if we needed anything more. She had place fresh flowers in the kitchen and dining room. And the spiritual nature of the site was very clear. Our writers loved the private little areas where they could retreat to for writing assignments - both in- and out-doors. It was clear that those who have stayed there in the past treated the property with the same respect the owner shows for her guests. Although we had taken our own food and some extra supplies, everything we could have wished for was available in the house, including some groceries, laundry equipment, not to mention kayaks and life jackets for those who could steal time from their writing. Even those who often have trouble sleeping rested comfortably and were refreshed for the next day's activities. We had eight people, each with a separate room. It has many beds to allow private sleeping spaces for all who need them. The owner clearly understands what is helpful to groups needing large areas to congregate for workshops or discussions, and quiet little nooks in which to curl up in with writing. 247 views, 6 likes, 4 loves, 0 comments, 2 shares, Facebook Watch Videos from Serenity Salon & Spa: beforeandafter using joicointensity.
